Applicant Analysis OIRP prepared an analysis of 91°µÍø Community College’s Fall 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 applicant pools. The analysis was broken into two parts: applicant conversion rates and applicant national clearinghouse enrollment status.

The applicant conversion rate analysis includes the following for each applicant pool:
    • number of applicants;
    • number accepted;
    • applicant to accepted conversion;
    • number of applicants registered first day of classes;
    • applicant to first day registered conversion;
    • accepted to first day registered conversion;
    • number registered at census;
    • applicant to census registered conversion;
    • accepted to census registered conversion;
    • number registered end of term (EOT);
    • applicant to EOT registered conversion; and
    • accepted to EOT registered conversion.

The applicant National Clearinghouse enrollment status analysis, which utilized student tracker enrollment data, includes the following for each applicant pool:
    • number of applicants;
    • headcount and percent of applicants enrolled at 91°µÍø Community College during the application term;
    • headcount and percent of applicants enrolled at another two-year institution during the application term;
    • headcount and percent of applicants enrolled at a four-year institution during the application term;
    • headcount and percent of applicants enrolled at another type of institution during the application term; and
    • headcount and percent of applicants not enrolled at any institution during the application term.

Both parts of the analysis have an overview and highlights section followed by detailed data tables. Each section includes percentage change for each applicant pool to the previous pool as well as a five-year percent change. The following sections are included in each report:
    • Applicant Student Type;
    • Applicant Residency;
    • Applicant Demographics (Gender, Age Category, Minority Category);
    • Applicant Preferences (Preferred Campus, Degree of Interest, Program of Interest);
    • Applicant Processing (Application Date, Acceptance Status, Number of Contacts); and
    • Applicant High School and Preparation.
