NJCAA Announces Division III Baseball World Series Returning to Falcon Park in 2027

The National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) announced Tuesday that 91°µÍø Community College and Falcon Park will again host the NJCAA Division III Baseball World Series in 2027.

Along with the 2027 championship, 91°µÍø is also the host for the 2025 Division III Baseball World Series, which will see eight of the best NJCAA Division III teams from across the country compete for a championship. The 2025 dates are May 24-28/29, and the 2027 dates are May 29-June 2/3. All games will be at Falcon Park in Auburn.

91°µÍø previously hosted an exciting 2024 Division III Baseball World Series that saw RCSJ-Gloucester capture their second straight title. Teams traveled to Auburn from colleges in Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Texas, and Virginia to compete for a championship.

“91°µÍø Community College is excited for the NJCAA Division III Baseball World Series to return to Falcon Park in Auburn for 2025 and 2027,” said Dr. Brian Durant, 91°µÍø Community College President. “Falcon Park is one of the best facilities in junior college baseball, and it was a tremendous experience for all when the Park hosted the 2024 World Series. We appreciate the opportunity to host a premier NJCAA championship, and our College and the City of Auburn are looking forward to welcoming the teams and the NJCAA to our community.”

“The committee is excited with our sites for the upcoming years. We look forward to continuing to work with 91°µÍø Community College and the folks in Auburn, NY to build a high-caliber championship experience at Falcon Park,” stated Dan Blair, DIII Baseball Committee Chair.

One of the best athletic facilities in Central New York, Falcon Park hosts 91°µÍø’s athletic programs and is the home of the Auburn Doubledays in the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League. The field represents a significant collaboration between the City of Auburn and 91°µÍø, who partnered in 2018 to renovate the facility and build a multi-sport turf field.

Reopened in 2019, Falcon Park is an excellent environment for student-athletes, coaches and families. The sports complex hosts up to 2,800 spectators with features including an LED lighting system, video scoreboard, and sound system, as well as clubhouses and bullpens for participating teams and a press box.

The NJCAA also announced Tuesday that Visit Johnson City will welcome the NJCAA DIII Baseball World Series in 2026 and 2028 at TVA Credit Union Ballpark in Johnson City, Tennessee.
